Our Story

Hello & Welcome, 

My name is Diane and I am THE BISCOTTI BABE. 

I started this venture back in April of 2020 when I decided it was time to fulfill my true passion. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I lost my job in toy design of 20 years in NYC. I took it pretty hard, but then realized this was the perfect opportunity to start a new journey.  I was in my kitchen baking my beloved Biscotti when it struck me that this was my happy place and it always has been. My Biscotti recipe dates back almost 50 years. As a child I use to sit in the kitchen with my Mom, Naomi as she baked her delicious Biscotti. It was considered a heavenly treat amongst family and friends. Guests would come over for hours while eating her incredible Biscotti with an over-flowing cup of cappuccino. I loved how the house would smell decadent for days after each fresh batch was baked. As years went on, instead of trying to perfect her Biscotti recipe, I decided to make it my own-with slight tweaks to the recipe using simple, non GMO, organic and unprocessed ingredients. Now it is my pleasure to be sharing my delicious and decadent Biscotti with you!❤️
